Before you start. You will need the following items:

  1. A computer running on Windows, macOS or Linux. We recommend using Windows 10 or greater and macOS 12. If you use a laptop, make sure it is charging.
  2. Your ZERO fully charged.
  3. The ZERO USB cable. The ZERO can only be updated on USB 2.0 compatible ports and cables.
  4. If your computer has no USB-A port, use a USB adaptor.

IMPORTANT:

  • Before starting the update, please make sure you have made a backup of your Perfect Key or Seed.
  • If you have not already created your Perfect Key, go to the specific update guide on this page.

Verify and Install Yourself

The NGRAVE Updater is only available for Windows and Mac. If you use Linux or if you simply don’t want to rely on the Firmware Updater, you can verify and install the update yourself.
